A wind gusts caused the accident that closed the eastbound lanes of Interstate 80 for several hours in Jefferson County today (Nov. 22).

State Police out of DuBois say a tractor-trailer hauling plastic pipe was headed east near mile marker 93 when the wind caught the pipes and started to overturn the trailer.
