Fatal accident near Brockway.

A Kersey woman lost her life in a two-car accident shortly after 8 last night along route 28 near Brockway.

The Pennsylvania State Police report that Abigail Dobson lost control of her car on a slight curve and traveled into the opposite lane colliding with a vehicle driven by Frank Barber of St. Marys.

Dobson was pronounced dead at the scene by Jefferson County Coroner Brenda Shumaker. A passenger in the other vehicle, Andrea Barber, suffered minor injuries.

Police were assisted at the scene by the Brockway Fire Department and EMS and the DuBois EMS.
