Reynoldsville police file rape charges

Reynoldsville Borough Police have filed rape and other charges against Joseph Albert Brown of 407 Grant Street in Reynoldsville.

According to the complaints filed January 25 with District Magistrate David Inzana’s office in Reynoldsville, the numerous charges include rape, statutory sexual assault, sexual assault, indecent assault, corruption of minors and harassment.

The charges stem from alleged incidents that occurred in 2016. Brown was 65 at the time.

An active warrant has been issued for his arrest.
