Winslow Township adopts 2022 budget, holds the line on taxes

The Winslow Township Supervisors met on December 30 and approved the 2022 budget.

The package totals $877, 593.19. Taxes will remain the same at 3 mils. The water budget totals $107,000.

The board also discussed creating a separate account for the Covid relief funds received through the American Rescue Plan. The supervisors received some updated information on how the money can be spent.

Winslow Township received $131, 098.19 in 2021 and will receive another $131, 098.19* in 2022.

The next board meeting is slated for January 3 at 6 p.m. at the township building. It will include the annual reorganization meeting, the auditor’s report, and the regular meeting.
